young girls want to earn alot or money doing glamour jobs.

most are as incompetent as those young officers in the military.

sometimes its true, my mother had this boss who would last minute cancel plane tix, rebook and cancel and rebook... last minute this and that. kinda frustrating when u have to replan the whole thing.

but amazingly, my mother was the longest serving secretary under that boss... and that boss had a reputation for changing secretaries faster than u would change underwear.

so what they did was to push my mother to work under the bigger boss.

i would think both lor... lady boss is known for being demanding, if she think u can't do the work and no exec willing to cover ur ass, out u go lor...

and some like change job every yr to get a "pay raise"...

i also dunnoe how i managed stay in this job for so long... hahahahaaa

i think it's important for employers to realized that hiring someone is not a simple matter of monetary exchange for x amount of work done ...

we're dealing with people's livelihoods and hopes and aspirations here ..... it's not something to be dealt with so lightly and arbitarily ...

people and companies that go through a lot of employees .... something is wrong ...

Young PEOPLE.. males included .. are increasingly getting really ambitious. They think once they graduate, their degree very big and they want to start big. But they don't realise that without much work experience, there's no way you can start big!

I'll only do it if I get better opportunities elsewhere. and ony if the difference is significant.

doesn't make sense to stay on if there are better deals outside. I mean it would be dumb to stay in your job that pays you 400 bucks less, all things being equal. But must make sure jump to better/ or at least same lvl comp.

dunno leh, for me enough is more determined by how much I can get elsewhere.

maybe I'm just greedy? But i feel it's only normal to want the most that you can get. *shrugs*
